A character design sheet of Stell, a character of mine.  He was designed to be a part of the story of another character of mine, Iris.  Stell is Iris's younger brother.  ^__^ Because of this, I wanted to make him look very "pretty", graceful and lavish, like his sister.  I suppose it runs in the family ^_~.
